10 Things to Consider Before Forming A Partnership.

  1. Do we have a clear understanding of the potential partner’s ministry?
  2. Does the potential partner have a track record of fruitful ministry?
  3. Is the potential partner “condiments and capable of standing on its own?
  4. Do we have compatibility in doctrinal beliefs and ministry priorities?
  5. Can we envision goals that would satisfy important values on both sides of the partnership?
  6. Do we have a clear sense of what each partner would bring to the relationship
  7. Do we feel that the conditions are right for partnership?
  8. Our key personnel in each ministry prepared to champion the partnership?
  9. Can we do find clear mutual expectations about how we will work together?
  10. Can we put adequate systems in place to measure and track progress?[2]
